Well, I’m trying to finish all Dary’s animations, but it’s not easy to give life and charisma to a character with simple animations typical of a roguelike dungeon crawler game. It’s always something missing but my problem are the faces, like a different face when he has to do some effort to pick up something, or other funny faces. This character is very smart, a little bit cocky, he likes to help other people, and he’s always smiling. Dary is a little boy who is sure of what he’s doing even if it means failure, but he has a kind heart.
Now I have to go back to work and try to finish all the animations… I need to start doing the teaser this week (I hope) .

Well, it has been a month since my last post, but still I’ve been working on a lot of things, and when the time comes I will share with you.
In this last Pizza Night Winter Edition 2010, we (Different Pixel) were called to talk about how it is to develop games, from concept to reality. All the problems and dificulties that we’ve crossed along the way, all the problems caused by bad reviews, among other interesting things that game developers don’t mind to share and may be always useful for others who want to follow the same path.
